Research Of The Evaluation Model Of Teaching Effectiveness In High Vocational Education

While higher vocational colleges are expanding enrollment scale, quality issues are exposed which requires that we look for more standardized, scientific and effective quality management mode of higher vocational education characteristics. This project is designed to build a scientific evaluation model of teaching quality in higher vocational education, development an evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational education, to make the higher vocational colleges give objective and reasonable teaching quality evaluation to teachers in higher vocational colleges, and to promote the improvement of teaching quality and more standardized management in higher vocational colleges.The paper investigated and studied the characteristics of higher vocational education, the teaching competencies of higher vocational education teachers and the status of teaching effectiveness evaluation in high vocational colleges. The functionality, main body and basic steps are defined. Index system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges is established by methods of expert advice and qualitative analysis; using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) determined the index weight; built a teaching-quality comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics. The Initial teaching quality evaluation system based on campus network is developed.The running of comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges which based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model proved that the system model is scientific, the system is stable and reliable, and it has realized the intended functions of this project.
