Preschool teachers′professional standards was promulgated by The Ministry ofEducation which put forward new demands and challenges for teachers′teachingability.However, At present, the level of teachers′teaching ability cannot meet the needsof social development in the new period. Therefore, the new education form mustconstruct new teaching ability structure.The chapter is divided into five parts:The first part: firstly, Form domestic and foreign education reform and developmenttrend of preschool require preschool teacher professional literacy to improve as theresearch background. From the theoretical and practical aspects analyze researchsignificance and research value. Secondly, the important concepts related to the researchwere defined. Thirdly, the author reviewed and summarized the research literature ofdomestic and abroad about teachers′teaching ability elements; preschool teachers′teaching ability elements; and effected the factor of preschool teachers′teaching ability;how to cultivate and improve preschool teachers′teaching ability. Last, the author basedon the research of previous studies construct the new preschool teachers′teaching abilityframework.The second part: firstly, this part mainly expounds the research strategy, it includesthe research ideas; research methods; research object. Secondly, this part elaborates theresearch tools. Third, according to preschool teachers′teaching ability framework drawup the investigation questionnaire, through investigation, the author collect data byExcel software show that the framework of preschool teachers′teaching ability has beenrecognized by the most preschool teacher.The third part: firstly based on the result of investigation, the author analyze preschool teacher basic instructed information. secondly, the author analyze preschoolteachers′teaching ability in the different teaching period according to the questionnairesurvey、field observation and personal interview. Last, the author evaluated preschoolteachers′teaching ability of Yan′an, according to above survey and make the depth ofattribution.The fourth part: according to the research results, the author rethought profoundlythe level preschool teachers′teaching ability of Yan′an, and even the whole nation. Theauthor put forward the countermeasures and suggestions in view of the existingproblems.The fifth part: firstly, this part mainly summarized the conclusion of this study.Second, the author summarized innovation point and the inadequate research. Last, theauthor regarded the defects research as research focus in future and proposed researchprospect.
