Region Allocation System Of Education Resources At Chongqing City

Education is fundamental to develop and strengthen Chongqing City. In order todeepen educational reform, speed up the development of education, upgrade educationalquality, and build the state as a whole urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot areaeducation, the People’s Government of Chongqing developed a medium and long-termplan for urban and rural education reform and development which proposes to promotecoordinated development of city circle and two wings education, plays a role of educationlead one hour economic circle, enhances the education development level in northeastof Chongqing and speeds up the pace of education development of the southeast ofChongqing, according to national medium and long-term education reform anddevelopment plan for (2010-2020). In June2007, the national development and reformcommittee approved Chongqing city as a whole comprehensive reform experimentalarea of the overall national urban-rural education, whose wide range of policy spacebrings great opportunities and challenges to balance urban and rural education work.Part of the schools in Chongqing has rich education resources and advancedmanagement mode, but how to make full use of these resources, how to tap the internalpotential to the most extent, how to play the exemplary role of school guidance role andradiation effect and how to achieve regional balanced development of the education arethe top issues that the Chongqing education development faces at present. Coordinatingthe development of regional education is an important part to promote education justiceand social harmony and is a critical project closely linked to the masses’ vital interestsand the happiness of millions of households.This paper, on the basis of the existing theory of education at home and abroad,first defines the relevant concepts of education resources allocation in Chongqing. Andbased on the current development situation of Chongqing education, this papercompares and analyses the differences of all kinds of education resources betweenone-circle and two-wing areas and looks into the problems and reasons of the imbalancein Chongqing education resource allocation. Apart from those, this paper builds a set ofavailable to implement, reasonable and effective education resource allocationmechanism by using the relevant experience of education resources at home and abroadfor reference, which aims to enhance the level of education development of two-wingarea, to promote the equilibrium configuration of interregional education resources and eventually contribute to education develop together.
