| With urgent need by different levels of student access to higher education, private highereducation has developed rapidly. However, the physical education in private college does notfollow the step of the whole system. After class physical training, as a part of PE, not only makecontributes to the realization of college sports goal, but also suggests student’s health, sportsskills, the popularization and improvement of PE. It takes an important position in the system ofschool education. Henan province is the province in which private education develops earlier andbetter than others in China. Therefore this research can provide some appropriate references tothe better development of after class physical training in China.This thesis is a research based on the investigation of15private colleges, bibliographypaper investigation, consulting export and analyzing dates. Analysis revealed that the relevantfactors affecting the development of after school sports training in Henan private colleges andmade the following conclusions and recommendations: First, the leadership of some privatecolleges in Henan province has basically made a clear purpose and function of developing afterschool sports training; Second, the instructors are mainly the retired old teachers and postgraduates who just graduated. Third, because the scale and strength of private colleges aredifferent, the number of the students who are involved in after class training is also different.Thecommon point is that the basis of the PE is very weak. Forth, after class trainings concentrate ontrack and field, table tennis which are usually very easy to start. Because of the limitation ofspace, facilities, and teachers, most programs that students like can not be implemented. Fifth,the form of organizing, the after class training is very limited is a common problem for privatecolleges of Henan province. We have got the following advices from the research: First, theprivate colleges make the over all and practical rules and try to encourage the relevant peopleand department based on the fact. Second, colleges urge the student to find the model ofself-administration and employing instructors. And overcome the problem of fund from variousways. Third, place the after class training at an appropriate position improve the gym and thesports facilities, make feasible and practical goals of training and competition, establishinglong-term mechanism. |
