There exists much significant adjustment between《Ordinary high school mathematicscurriculum standards (experimental)》and《syllabus》on the requirement of Coniccurve. Hyperbola’s difficulty was reduced in the science subjects, the humanitiesreduced the difficulty of Hyperbola and Parabola, while Ellipse became moreimportant in both subjects. These changes were reflected in the college entranceexamination of the new curriculum reform. The main contents of this paper includethe number of every curve examined in the college entrance examination、thebackground of the questions、the points of the questions and the contact among thepoints. From the analysis of the questions about Conic curve of2007-2012: Thenumber of every curve has no obvious changes in multiple choice and fill blankquestions, while ellipse became very important in the subjective questions. Inaddition, there exist many similarities among all the questions. The propositionbackground of the questions in curriculum reformed area include textbooks、Highergeometry、the study of elementary mathematics and real life. The key points in thequestions mainly include Definition of conic curve、Standard equation of coniccurve、Centrifugal rate、Alignment、Asymptote、Tangent、Chord formula、Linearequation、the position relation between a line and a conic curve、the positionrelation between two lines and so on.The objective questions mainly focus on basicproperties of conic curve. The subjective questions has the following forms:Equation and trajectory of a curve、Fixed numerical and point、The maximum andminimum numerical、Existence of factors and so on. All the key points distributedin these questions and contact each other. Questions in curriculum formed area testmore key points and have higher requirement to students than that in no formed.Overall, they have the following properties: Proposition background is new and fair,pay more attention to mathematics application;Examine a clear focus, embody theconcept of the new curriculum;The relation of the key points is closely and complex,emphasize the examination of ability. In view of the above characteristics, thefollowing suggestions for teaching are put forward: Strengthen teaching andtraining of basic knowledge and properties; Analysis the questions in previousyears, permeate problem solving ideas; Prepare innovative questions, openstudents’ vision.
