With the continuous development of our society,the state and society to pay more and more attention to social work,the growing demand for professionals of social work,social work professionals also to the requirement of increasing the social work service agencies,however,the current social work service management system is not sound enough,has not yet established effective management mechanism,in recent years,the social work profession personnel liquidity problem is more and more prominent,in order to attract and retain talents of social work,social work services,perfect its management system is particularly important.China's professional social work itself started late,and the performance appraisal system for social work service agencies is also in a groping stage.The performance appraisal mechanism is not perfect,and it is difficult to effectively manage and motivate social workers.Therefore,this paper will carry out core research on the performance appraisal system of social work service institutions.Taking Guangzhou Y Social Work service organization as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of social worker performance appraisal.From the perspective of the Two-factor incentive theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal system of this institution from the aspects of health care factors and incentive factors.Through the investigation,the satisfaction of social workers with the current incentive measures of institutions is not high,after analyzing the existing problems and causes of the performance appraisal system of Y social work organization,this paper discusses the optimization of the performance appraisal system of social work service organization from the perspective of two-factor incentive theory.
