In this Chongqing Normal University undergraduate class of2010undergraduatefootball selective course in a random sample of two class (80people) as the researchobject, one as the experimental class (40people), the other one was control group (40people), one semester of a total of36hours of teaching experimental research, in whichthe experimental group using the cooperative learning method in teaching, the controlgroup used the traditional teaching method teaching. Of all the subjects in theexperiment were carried out before and after the experiment of body shape, physicalfitness, soccer skill, cooperation consciousness, competition consciousness and groupcohesiveness tests, test index showed no significant difference, suitable for teachingexperiment; in is to provide to the student self evaluation of teaching effect of studentson the questionnaire, in order to ensure questionnaire validity, questionnaires beforeplease experts on this study was to conduct a comprehensive audit assessmentquestionnaire, and a questionnaire to make a" very effective"," effective"," general " and" less effective,"" invalid" level five degree of qualitative evaluation. Cooperativelearning method in the experimental group weight, bust, waist, thigh circumference,vital capacity of5indicators are significantly higher than those in control group; beforeand after the experiment, the experimental group ’s own change, the experimental groupweight, bust, waist, thigh circumference, vital capacity of5indicators are significantlyhigher than that before; the control group was higher than that of the experiment of weight and chest circumference former; cooperative learning and traditional learningmethod for the students’ height had no effect; compared with the cooperative learningand traditional teaching method in terms of weight were significantly influence onstudents. Cooperativelearning method in the experimental group cohesion scores improved significantly,from the scores before and after the experiment, cooperative learning students scorehigher than traditional teaching students, illustrate the cooperative learning method ongroup cohesion has significant effect to improve. The traditional teaching method onstudents’ group cohesion scores improved, but had no significant difference, show thatthe traditional teaching method on students’ group cohesion rises somewhat, but theeffect is not obvious.8, after the experiment results there was no significant difference between thestudents football theory. After the test students football theory achievement, students inthe experimental group theory average scores higher than that in the control group, butshowed no significant difference, show that cooperative learning teaching methodcompared with traditional teaching method, on the very high student academicperformance effect.9, after the experiment students’ football teaching effect evaluation of differences.The experimental group students for the football specialized course attitude is morepositive than the control class; students of the experimental class of teaching method ismore interesting, students in the experimental group than in the control group students for teaching method effect is more satisfied.Based on the above conclusions are proposed:1, proposed in the teaching ofuniversity physical education courses to promote cooperation learning;2, suggestionsfor improving the comprehensive quality of PE teachers adapt to the cooperativeteaching method;3, proposed to increase the girls for cooperative teaching methodexperimental study.
