The Survey And Research About Management Of Primary Boarding School Students In Alashan

With school layout adjustment and strong support for the development ofnational education,the boarding primary school in Alax which learn inMongolian have been adjusted from19to5since2000, and these schools arebuilt in towns where most people are living. As a result of this adjustment,onthe one hand,it has improved the utilization of limited resources,schoolconditions and has reduced the waste of money;On the other hand,if themanagement is not scientific enough,it will cause some negative effects andmake the farmers,hersmen in trouble, so it is more important to strengthen themanagement of boarding students, pay more attention to the boarding students’learning.living conditions,enrich their leisure life and make themhealthy,happy in boarding schools.This paper studied the boarding students in2Mongolian boardingprimary schools in Bayanhot in Alax,and made following surveys by methodof questionnaire:1.The number of boarding students and staff;2.Livingconditions of boarding students;3.Leisure life of boarding students;4.Full-timeteachers’ gender,teaching experience,qualifications and title;5.Boarding schoollogistics staff;6.Boarding students’ schedule.We found following problems inmanagement of boarding students through analysing the result of the surveysand interviewing some teachers,parents,students:1.Logistical facilities inboarding schools are too simple;2.Boarding students’ life is toomonotonous;3.Meal for boarding students is lack of variety;4. Boardingstudents’ life in school is lack of love;5. Boarding students’ self-protectionawareness is poor;6.It is easy for boarding students to get into bad habit orbehaviour;7.Professional quality of logistical staff is not verysatisfied;8.School leaders do not pay more attention to the boardingstudents;9.Some students board in the hired house out campus.According to actual situation of the areas and schools,we put up withfollowing advices on how to solve above problems:1.Develop scientific rules and regulations to strengthen the management of studentdormitories;2.Estabilish a high-quality management team and team of logisticsservices;3.Strengthen legal education,increase students’ awareness ofsecurity;4.Increase the input of funds,improve the conditions andfacilities;5.Manage to enrich the boarding students’ life;6.Create a campusculture with the characteristics of national culture and caring,offerpsychological counsel for boarding students and promote mental healtheducation of boarding students.
