The Rearch And Study Of Basic Education Policies’ Fairness

Fairness in education is an important part of social equity, it is theextension of social equity in the filed of education, it is also an important part ofbuilding a harmonious society. This article is based on basic education policy,use the research methods of analysis, historical research and comparativeanalysis. This article close connects with the educational practice of AlashanLeague to illustrate the fairness of basic education policy and also give somesuggestions for it.According to the research purpose, this article discusses from four aspects,the theoretical basic of basic education policy fairness research, some typicalpolicy status quo which are in the development of basic education policy equityin Alashan League, the policy factors which influence the basic education policyfairness and suggestions of establishing the basic education policy fairnessmechanism, from the macro and micro views to discuss how to achieve basiceducation equity. The whole article continues to ask the fair value of theeducation policy, compare the two basic values: fairness and efficiency of theeducation. Gradually formed a consensus in the comparison: education policy isan active action which the government achieves education equity, reflecting theessential attributes of our political life, demonstrating the strong care, is alsorealistic aspirations. The educational injustice,is not caused by educators andstudents, or natural causes, but mainly because of the education policy as well asby the extension of the system, lack of mechanisms, imperfect or unsound. Thetext analyses the meaning of education fairness and value attributes, describesthat the education fairness is the starting point of education policy-makers, tellsus the situation, problems and policy reasons of the basic education fairness,and also gives the strategies and suggestions.
