Peer conflict resolution strategy is a pattern of behavior taken by the individual action and psychological efforts, which in order to avoid injury and threat caused by peer conflicts.In situations of conflict, the individual’s preferences and choices of peer conflict resolution strategies have a major impact on the individual’s social、physical and mental development, so it caused some researchers pay much attention to the Peer conflict resolution strategy. Temperament is a unique dynamic characteristics of mental activity, which focus on performance in other aspects, such as human cognition, emotion and behavior style. Temperament has stability. With the deepening of research, many researchers found that temperament in the individual growth process is not static, but it has possibility of change across time and across situations. In addition, the individual’s diversity of temperament characteristics performance in emotion, self adjusting, activity type and behavior inhibition, which is closely related to coping level and have an important affect on peer conflict resolution strategy. The temperament characteristics of individual have an impact on preferences and choices of peer conflict resolution strategies, and both exist the possibility of change, whether to take advantage of the variability characteristics of temperament to a certain extent to help individuals in conflict situations more conducive to select a conflict resolution strategy. Therefore, this study start to the relationship between temperament and peer conflict resolution strategy, use questionnaires and experimental methods to carry out the group activities culture experiments of conflict resolution strategy based on temperament assessment, to the fourth grade primary school students of an ordinary primary school in Dalian City. To explore whether can develop or improve the peer conflict resolution strategies by improve the negative temperament characteristics of primary school students.The conclusions of studies are as follow:1.The reaction and attention in fourth grade primary school students temperament have significant positive correlation with peer conflict resolution strategy. The activity and reaction in children temperament can predict peer conflict resolution strategy.2.Through a three-month intervention, the results show that based on the temperament, the interventions can effectively improve the students temperament and peer conflict resolution strategy.
