Curriculum resources as an important factor to the course, is the basis and guarantee to implement the course. Without the broad support of curriculum resources, it’s difficult to achieve curriculum goals no matter how perfect they are. Whether the practitioners have the concept of curriculum resources in accordance to the scientific and new idea of curriculum reform or not, will have a determined influence on the effectiveness and quality of education and teaching, and eventually on the process and success of the new curriculum reform. This article describes and illustrates the life-emphasized curriculum resources of the basic education, aimed to achieve the value transformation of curriculum resources construction, from memory-and-knowledge-mastering oriented service to growth-and-development of life oriented service. In this paper, it discusses the Life-emphasized Curriculum Resources of the basic education by such research methods as literature, history and cases, mainly including the following sections:Firstly, it has a historical review of the development of curriculum resources, which has gone through three stages,"everyday life","subject-knowledge-based" and "life-emphasized" stage, with the last one as an inevitable trend of development of curriculum resources.Then, it theoretically explains the essential connotation of "the life-emphasized curriculum resources", which means an activity or a process where curriculum resources is given life and gradually reflect its main characteristics of life. In this process, the role of life continue to be strengthened and eventually ends with a new form of curriculum resources-life-emphasized curriculum resources, characteristic of ecological, living, dynamic, meaning and opening. Meanwhile, it analyzes the necessity and basic requirements of the life-emphasized curriculum resources.Finally, confronted with the non-life phenomenon in the real construction of curriculum resources-material, static and dehumanization, it is based on the above characteristics to put forward some implemental strategies for life-emphasized curriculum resources as follows:the ecological which is to set up the ecological awareness and advocate equal value; living which is to return to the world of life and pay attention to life experience; the dynamic which is to open the teachers and students wisdom and to achieve dynamic generation; meaning which is to construct various forms to meet different needs; opening which is to develop time and space of resources and to expand the thinking vision.
