Objective:Low level of specific legs strength has always been a constraint in Shandong swimmers to increase team athletic ability overall.The "difficult" issue for this show:at the half of the matches, especially the end of sprint stages athletes decrease the ability to kick, resulting in the shape of resistance increase and delay the speed at the latter half and the end of the sprint. In order to solve this problem, use the "legs kick swimming device"(the next referred to as "the device") conducted a two-month follow-up experiment training. In this paper, we choose ten excellence swimmers in Shandong swimmers (including two international master-class, and master-class7) as the research object, through the use of conventional means and "the device "for legs special strength endurance training to show the result of swimmers legs special strength endurance training by the device.Methods:After ten of Shandong sports schools swimmers was divided randomly into experimental and control groups, they were training leg endurance in eight weeks by different means. We tested two times before and after the experimental, including the number of results50-meter butterfly leg, Monark indicators, blood lactate and creatine kinase and others. Through the use of the paired samples t test comparing the experimental group and the independent t-test with the control group.The results:1. Training after two months of the experiment the experimental group athletes have a increase in the number of leg kick trainer.2. The performance of experimental group50-meter butterfly is better than the control group.3. Compared with experimental and control groups before and after the experiment through the Monark bike tester,we find that the experimental group of five players have some marked increase in the average anaerobic power and some decrease in Decay rate of the relative anaerobic power. Measured blood lactate and creatine kinase also have significantly improved. The performance of the control group of anaerobic endurance increase was not obvious. And the statistics of paired samples-T test, the difference of anaerobic endurance between experimental group and control group was significant. Conclusion:1.The training of the leg special endurance of swimmer plays a certain role in improving the performance.2. Athletes through the leg kick trainer to train the leg endurance are better than general methods and means training in the power endurance on land to improve the performance. 3. The athletes behaved "exhaustive" symptoms in about30seconds when trained by the device with a larger weight-bearing exercises, the theory of the mechanism to be further studied.
