Nowadays, information resources have become the key to a successful career. No one can deny that our life can’t proceed without communication. No matter in learning, working, or in our daily life, we know about this society which changes every minute through the mass media. Focusing on Chinese education then, that how to improve the effect of communication in class has always been a problem bothering many Chinese educators.This thesis is mainly about some problems that has been disturbing the communication in Chinese teaching in secondary school. It uses some relative theories to analyze this problem and then puts forward some feasible strategies to solve this problem.In the introduction part, the writer analyzes the differences and commons between mass communication and that of Chinese education; and then explains the advantages of using theory of communication in education.In the main part of the thesis, the writer combines three main communication factors:communicator (teachers), audiences (students), and communication medium which educational communication will nee—the multi-media, to explain, analyze and solve the problem of communication blocking. Then the writer tries to talk about actual problems existing in class at a deeper level, and this will be our doorway to find out the reasons for the blocking.Since this thesis aims at solving communication-blocking problems using communication knowledge, we will surely quote lots of communication theories and research works here. However, the communication itself is a new branch of science involving many other sciences, so we will also use theories of communication psychology and education psychology while analyzing the learning and teaching of teachers, students and their learning behaviors.After analyzing reasons for those problems we have mentioned above, the writer will turn to focus on solving them, which is also where the core and value lies in the thesis. According to the analyzing results came from above, we’ll do what is needed. We will use the existing research results and some successful cases in the area of education to solve the communication blocking problem, so that we can help the Chinese education in secondary school.
