Research On The Development Of HVE In Anhui Province From The Perspective Of Specialty Design

The specialty offered is the pivot of High Vocational Universities and society, thenucleus of high vocational educational activities and one of the best breakthroughpoints to explore the discipline of high vocational education and solve problems ofhigh vocational education. This thesis deeply has researched the specialty offered andmanagement of high vocational education in Anhui province by way ofdocumentation method, comparative method and survey study. The paper summarizesthe characteristics, problems of the specialty offered and management of highvocational education in Anhui province, and solutions and measures for improvementare proposed.The thesis includes six chapters：the first chapter is the preface, which hasexpounds the background, the meaning, the domestic and foreign research trends, thethinking and ways of study on the subject. The second chapter carries out researchinto the basic theories and methods of specialty offered and management especiallydiscusses the Basic connotation of Higher Vocational Education and specialtyEstablishment of HVE, analyses the factors influencing the specialty offered anddesigns the process of the specialty offered. The third chapter is about comparativestudy on the specialty Establishment of HVE at home and abroad. First, it analyses theDual System Vocational Education in Germany, American community colleges andTAFE educational mode in Australia and curriculum planning on Academic EducationLevel, and discusses the present situation of professional degree in America andEngland in the range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree. Second, afterdescribing the course of HVE in china, it analyses the present situation on MajorsDesign in the range of associate college and undergraduate, postgraduate degree of theHVE. The fourth chapter mainly describes the general development of HVE in Anhuiprovince, and the background of society and economy in Anhui. Such as trying tobuild a powerful province of Higher Education, a province of HVE, test zone ofAutonomous Innovation in Hefei, Wuhu, Bengbu, shift of industry of Pilot Area inWan Jiang urban belt and so on. Then it puts forward some demands of developingthe HVE under these backgrounds. The fifth chapter is the empirical research on thespecialty offered and management of HVE of Anhui province. Combining with theadjustment of industrial structure in Anhui province, the paper analyses the presentsituation of the specialty offered and management of HVE in2010, and2007, and then summarizes the questions. The last chapter has put forward the proposals forstrengthening the specialty management in Anhui province. Such as précising thestrategic position, developing application Undergraduate Education and professionaldegree, arranging the courses scientifically and systematically, coordinating theindustrial structure and the specialty settlement of HVE, and enhancing thecooperation between school and enterprises.“Taking service as the aim and taking the employment as the guidance, insistingon the path of development, combining learning and industry, training thousands ofhigh technical ability talents for our socialist modernization.” It is the objectiveorientation of the HVE in the document of Ministry of Education NO.16. Only byinsisting this policy and combining the economical situation of Anhui province caneffectively develop the local economy.
