Study On The Speciality Arrangement Of High Vocational Education

The speciality offered is the pivot of High Vocational Universities and Colleges and society, the nucleus of high vocational educational activities and one of the best breakthrough points exploring the rules of high vocational education and solving the problems of high vocational education. This thesis deeply has researched the speciality offered and management of high vocational education by way of field investigation, case analysis and method of relative study. The thesis includes five chapters:the first chapter is the preface, which has expounded the background, the meaning, the study status –quo, the thinking and ways of study of the subject; the second chapter carries out research into the basic theories and methods of speciality offered and management, especially discusses the speciality intension, the structure, classification and development of speciality, analyses the factors influencing the speciality offered and designs the process of the speciality offered,has proposed the main body, content and basic principles of the speciality offered; the third chapter has mainly researched and summarized the successful experiences and basic characteristics of speciality offered of high vocational education in U. S. A, Canada and Germany so that we can study and use for reference; taking the Hebei province as the core, giving consideration to the situation of the developed provinces and cities, the fourth chapter has made investigation, from specificity to generality has generalized the status-quo and characteristics of speciality and management of high vocational education in our country, has summarized and analyzed the existing problems as well as further probed into the source of these problems; the fifth chapter has put forward the proposals for strengthening the speciality management in our country.
