With the advent of the new curriculum reform in China, many new educational philosophies are injected into the field of Fine art curriculum and instruction. In order to get these advanced ideas properly implemented in fine art classrooms, fine art teachers should change the original teaching concepts, give dominant position back to students in classrooms, guide and help students to construct their new art experience and fine art skills, and inspire students to find beauty, appreciate beauty, and create beauty in real lives.During my investigation in many primary schools, I found that teacher-student interaction plays an essential role on the fine art teaching. However, in the reality of practical application, there are still some problems. What should fine art teacher do to correctly understand the principle of new curriculum innovation and carry it out? How to make the teacher-student interaction more efficiently in fine art classrooms? These questions what I’ve been thinking of promote me to have a research on the construction of the new interactive classroom-teaching model.The thesis mainly discusses the necessity and possibility of the interactive classroom-teaching model in fine art classrooms in elementary schools. The aim of this thesis is to enlighten teachers to convert their traditional teaching concepts, encourage them to actively absorb the essence of the new teaching idea, and flexibly use the interactive classroom-teaching model. The thesis is comprised of three parts:part one is a survey of interaction research and its theoretical basis. Part two points out the problems, figure out the causes of these problems, and analyze the interactive classroom-teaching model in fine art classroom teaching. It also put forward the feasible strategies that may improve the classroom interaction in fine art course. Part three is an analysis of a fine art teaching case. It is able to impel fine art teachers to take the initiative in the classrooms and provide a practical example for teachers to introspect and get further understand of the teaching interaction in fine art classrooms.
