The reading teaching is both an important constituent of Chinese language teaching and also an important topic in many Chinese language educators. When education midwifery new revolution, we have to mull over the status of the present reading teaching. How to shake off the fetter of long-lasting deposition and realize humanized solicitude has been a common theme in the revolution of reading teaching of various genres and patterns. It becomes most important to emphasize the reading process and method, and realize effective dialogue among students, teachers and texts. The dialogue theory provides for us a whol ly new thinking space and angle of view. A fundamental change will be the refreshment of the teaching conception and will lead us to find an essential way to develop the teaching of Chinese language. Therefore, Under the scope of dialogue theory, by integrating the law of reading activity and teaching practice,I will try to re-understood the status and pursue the reformation or development of the reading teaching.The paper is composed of Three parts. First, Recalling the history in a dialogue and the dialogue teaching, explaining the meaning of the dialogue and the dialogue teaching, and presenting the three objectives、teaching spirit、ethical principles of the Chinese conversational reading teaching. Second, considering the theory of the Chinese conversational reading teaching, pointing out the reading conversion from traditional to modern concepts, the specificity of Chinese teaching classroom reading and describing the process of the Chinese conversational reading teaching. Finally,Introducing the practical and evaluation of the Chinese conversational reading teaching, designing the implementation strategies of Chinese conversational reading teaching, as well as evaluating the concept. The conception in principle of the assessment is discussed to real ize multitudinous mingling of eyeshot in the wonderful process of reading dialogue. And there really lie various scenes and relationship of communication from different stratums and dimensions. Only with these in mind the subjectivity, humanism and unique charming in the study of Chinese language will be incarnated.Three intent ions is honed to achieve in this essay. The first is to make teachers to give up their traditional approach of text-reading teaching, in the way of teacher’s monologue, and to take new notions for text-reading teaching while we teach students of the new century. The second intention is to help teachers to form the multi-dialogue teaching approach in text comprehension, and practice the democratic and equal teaching way. The third intention is to discuss the practical strategies of text comprehension in multi-dialogue way and offer a new routine of Chinese language teaching in the new curriculum reform.It is definited that the value of any theory has its own limitations. Dialogue theory still lays some difficulties in its leading us to go out the traditional occlusion, However, this is exactly due to the unaccomplishment and arduousness of the research in teaching. It need our theory workers of Chinese language teaching and the front-line teachers do much tireless And depth study.
