At present, many schools promote the reform of classroom teaching because the teaching-oriented teaching module can’t adapt to the request of the new curricular reform.The article thoroughly deals with the theory and practice of Learning-plan-first teaching module, by using reference books, questionnaire and experimenting methods. This paper is divided into four parts. Part one deals with the theories of the Learning-plan-first teaching module. The content, theory base, development and features of modern teaching modules are introduced in this part. How to carry out the teaching module is introduced in Part two, including the practice, formation and evaluation mechanism of group study, and the preparation and use of learning plan. The third part analyses the practice effect of learning-plan-first teaching module in politics classroom. The conclusion is that this teaching model can arouse students’ subject consciousness and help students improve their grades. Therefore, it is very popular with students and teachers. The fourth part deals with the enlightenment of the Learning-plan-first teaching module in politics teaching in senior school.Through this research, we can firmly believe that learning-plan-first teaching model can meet the demands of our students and Curriculum reform. we hope that this study can provide theoretical and practical reference value for more schools’ classroom teaching reform...
