In the process of sports training, the heart rate is one of the most simple index for the sports intensity and physiological load. With the progress of monitoring means and the popularity of heart rate control technology, more and more sports have been used it as a auxiliary means of training.Trimp which is based on the heart rate as a test method is simple for operation and intuitive for evaluation results of sports load index, more and more applied to different sports.This paper,utilize the literature material law,mathematical statistics, logic analysis, experiment method, etc., with 12 athletes of China youth women’s hockey team as the research object and study the Trimp applied on China youth women’s hockey. The study includes, endurance training Trimp,the basic skill training courses Trimp, weekly training load Trimp and the match Trimp.Test instrument adopt Finland SUNNTO heart rate table team management system in 12 athletes for 4 months follow-up testing, evaluation, and every athlete performed at least five times a week to monitor the pulse of the morning. Edwards’ Trimp exercise load calculation method, according to the personal maximum heart rate, everyone’s heart is divided into five levels which are 50% ~ 60% HRmax, 60%~ 70% HRmax,70% ~ 80% HRmax, 80%~ 90% HRmax, 90% ~ 100% HRmax, HRmax which represents the maximum heart rate. The Trimp is the weight of the heart rate zone multiped by the movement of time.the sum of each Trimp is the total Trimp.The results: 1 Mnitoring during the weekly Wednesday there was no significant hange of the athleths’ morning pause.2 In the four months of aerobic endurance training, the second time compared with the first time Trimp there was no significant difference; The third time compared with the first show significant difference(P < 0.05); 80% HRmax ~ 90% HRmax heart rate zone for the third time compared with 80% HRmax ~ 90% HRmax heart rate zone for the first time Trimp show significant difference(P < 0.05); No significant differencecompared to other heart rate zone.3 Monitoring during the five basic skills training Trimp had no significant change.4 Weeks training monitoring, from the time distribution, compared with other 5days Monday show very significant difference(P < 0.01); Compared with Monday,Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday,Tuesday show very significant difference(P< 0.01); Compared with Monday,Tuesday, Friday,Wednesday show very significant difference(P < 0.01),compared with Thursday show significant difference(P < 0.05);Compared with Monday,Tuesday, Friday, Thursday show very significant difference(P< 0.01), compared with Wednesday show significant difference(P < 0.05); Compared with Monday, Wednesday, Tuesday,Saturday, Friday show very significant difference(P < 0.01); Compared with Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday show very significant difference(P < 0.01).5 Weeks training monitoring,from Trimp distribution characteristics, compared with other 5 days Monday show very significant difference(P < 0.01); Compared with Monday,Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday,Tuesday show very significant difference(P< 0.01); Compared with Monday,Tuesday, Friday,Wednesday show very significant difference(P < 0.01),compared with Thursday show significant difference(P < 0.05);Compared with Monday,Tuesday, Friday, Thursday show very significant difference(P< 0.01), compared with Wednesday and Saturday show significant difference(P < 0.05);Compared with Monday, Wednesday, Tuesday,Saturday, Friday show very significant difference(P < 0.01); Compared with Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday show very significant difference(P < 0.01), compared with Tuesday show significant difference(P< 0.05).6 Invitational Trimp value was significantly higher than teaching training game Trimp value(p < 0.05); Teaching training game compared to the invitational, more than90% HRmax heart rate zone Trimp values show significant difference(p < 0.05); 70%HRmax ~ 80% HRmax heart rate zone Trimp values were very significant differences(p < 0.01); Within the range of 80% HRmax ~ 90% HRmax heart rate zone is very significant difference(p < 0.01); Within the range of 50% HRmax ~ 60% HRmax and60% HRmax ~ 70% HRmax heart rate zone, training game has no significant differencecompared with the invitational tournament.Research conclusion: 1 Edwards’ Trimp this based on the quantitative method of training load rate zone, comprehensive training quantity and intensity of the two factors,reflecting the body in the process of sports training on the internal stimulation load, can play well evaluation hockey sport general physical fitness and basic skills training load.2 Trimp can effectively reflect the athletes by external stimuli, can achieve precise quantitative load target of hockey player.3 Through different class times by the sportsman Trimp longitudinal contrast, we can quantify the basic technology of sports load.4 Hockey match load is mainly focused on high intensity interval, the team teaching game Trimp below invitational Trimp, the intensity of training can’t meet the requirements of actual combat strength of load.
