In recent years,with the development of composition teaching theory study,the problem of teaching evaluation and revision has caused extensive concern of experts,scholars and forefront teachers.The evaluation and revision,which are always occurring in the education and teaching activities,in essence,is a kind of information acquisition and processing,namely,the teachers acquire the students’ learning situation and learning results,and then process the information,so as to adjust the learning and teaching strategies and finally obtain good teaching effect.The author,through the investigation and analysis of students’ composition evaluation and revision situation in compulsory education stage,has further examined the current situation of composition evaluation and revision,and has also explored the new direction of composition evaluation and revision,combined with psychology and teaching evaluation theory to analyze the reasons for current situation of composition evaluation and revision.The composition evaluation and revision are an important link in the composition teaching,which is also an important way to improve students’ writing ability.Students can fully understand their own composition,think and improve their own writing process,and adjust their own writing method through the composition evaluation and revision,which can improve their writing ability in repeated revisions and adjustments.The teachers,through evaluating and revising the students’ compositions,can find their advantages and disadvantages in the teaching process,and reflect on their teaching methods and teaching process,and also improve their teaching content according to the students’ learning situations.Because of this,this paper’s research is not only beneficial to improving the efficiency of the composition teaching,but also good for expanding research horizons on composition teaching theory,which can solve the current writing teaching problems and break the teaching dilemma.In the structure arrangement,this paper will be divided into three chapters after the introduction.In the first chapter--introduction,it has first defined the core concept.The composition evaluation and revision are taking evaluations and revisions between teachers and students or among students for the advantages and disadvantages of the compositions, according to the composition teaching plan and the composition training requirements.The composition evaluation and revision can not only cultivate students’ ability to modify the compositions,but also can help the teachers to evaluate and predict the students’ writing ability.The composition evaluation and revision include the composition modification and composition evaluation. Secondly,it summarize the relevant research,which is mainly from the two aspects of the literatures and journals to make summary analysis of the current research situation of the composition evaluation and revision.Thirdly,it has stated the research ideas and research methods of the paper.Finally,it has concluded the expected results of the paper and the significance of writing this paper.The second chapter has explained the teaching foundation of the composition evaluation and revision in compulsory education stage,from the three aspects of curriculum standard,psychology and teaching evaluation theory.Firstly,starting from the curriculum standards and unit teaching goals in textbooks,it has analyzed the target basis of the composition evaluation and revision.Secondly,it has explained theoretically the psychology basis of the composition evaluation and revision from the three aspects of Bandura’s social learning theory,Vygotsky’s proximal development zone theory and Skinner’s effect reinforcement theory.Finally,from the aspect of teaching evaluation theory,it has analyzed the quantitative evaluation,qualitative evaluation,diagnostic evaluation,formative evaluation and summative evaluation of the composition evaluation and revision.The third chapter is the investigation of the current situation of the composition evaluation and revision.The author,through the two ways of questionnaires and composition sample collections,has analyzed the current situation of the composition evaluation and revision in compulsory education stage.Among them,the review samples are taking analysis from the three dimensions of whether it has pertinence,effective encouragement and normalization.The fourth chapter is the problem reflection of the composition evaluation and revision.The author,through combing the questionnaire and sample information,has found that the composition evaluation and revision have three major problems:inappropriate evaluation and revision objective,inappropriate evaluation and revision method,and free evaluation and revision language.The author has taken analysis of the problems of the composition evaluation and revision,which includes three aspects:weak composition evaluation and revision theory,insufficient professional quality of teachers,and the lack of training and guidance for evaluation and revision.Among them,in composition evaluation and revision teaching,the teaching goals are not clear,and the evaluation and revision theories are not right,and the methods of evaluation and revision are arbitrary,which are the important reasons.According to the composition evaluation and revision situation,the author has put forward some proposals:establishing the developing evaluation and revision ideas--taking the teachers as the lead and the students as the main body;implementing the personalized evaluation and revision strategy----promoting the students’ transformation on recent development zone;and writing effective incentive reviews---cultivating students’ true writing affection.In the last part,the author has concluded the content of the four chapters,and has also taken the detailed unit targets of the compositions as the direction of further study.
