College graduates employment is a huge social system project, which is not only closely related to each graduate’s self-development, but also holding expectations of millions of families and the society as a whole. Thus, doing a good job in college graduates employment is an aid for the project of people’s livelihood.704juniors and seniors from two universities are selected as objects of this research. Tools of this research are "Occupation Values Questionnaires"(1991) revised by Ning Weiwei,"University Student Occupation Self-efficacy Scale"(2001) preliminarily revised by Peng Yongxin, and Long Lirong and "Anxiety Questionnaire of Colleges Graduates’Employment"(2005) compiled by Zhang Yuzhu. The results of this research are as follows:1. College student occupation values differ in different ethnic groups, genders, majors, birthplaces. In the occupation values on each dimension, the numerical value of Mongolian College students is obviously higher than that of students of Han; in extrinsic rewards, the numerical value of girls is higher than that of boys, and the difference was significant; the numerical value in occupation values of students of arts on each dimension is higher than that of students of science; the numerical value of students from rural areas is higher than that of urban students in each dimension.2. Self-efficacy in career decision-making of college students is good in general; there is difference in different ethnic groups, genders, grades, birthplaces. In self-efficacy in career decision-making of college students, on each dimension, the numerical value of Mongolian College students is higher than that of students of Han, besides, the numerical value of boys is higher than that of girls; on the dimension of career decision-making, the numerical value of students from agricultural and pastoral areas is higher than that of urban students. In self-evaluation, information collection, making overall planning and occupation decision, the overall scores differ in grades:seniors’ are higher than juniors’.3. Job-selecting anxiety of college students is generally high; there are differences among different ethnic groups and genders. On job-selecting anxiety dimensions, the numerical value of Mongolian college students is higher than that of Han. In absence of employment support, lack of self-confidence, the employment prospects and job-selecting anxiety, the overall score of girls is higher than boys, which shows there is more worry and anxiety in Girls than boys.4. Each dimension between occupation values and self-efficacy in career decision-making is distinctively related; there was a negative correlation between intrinsic value and all dimensions of job-selecting anxiety; external value and extrinsic rewards and job-selecting anxiety are not related on each dimension; the overall scores of occupation value are negatively related to each dimension of job-selecting anxiety, except for "anxiety about employment prospects", which has no relation to it.The final conclusion of this research is that job-selecting anxiety can be predicted directly through self-efficacy in career decision-making; though job-selecting anxiety can not be predicted through occupation values directly, occupation values are predictable through self-efficacy in career decision-making, that is, occupation values, affected and moderated by self-efficacy in career decision-making, influence job-selecting anxiety level.
