The classroom is the main position of teaching activities, it consists ofteachers, students and environment, environmental components. In theclassroom, teachers and students through communication, communicationgeneration, by thinking of the collision, walking, thinking way in the teachingcontent, teachers and students in the classroom by interacting together tocomplete the implementation of teaching activities, teaching benefits teachersas well as students, to achieve the teaching goal. The classroom is rigorous,the classroom is vivid, classroom management is an important guarantee toensure the smooth completion of the classroom teaching activities. However,the research on classroom management attention is not enough. Comparedwith the mature of classroom teaching and research, classroom managementis still very young; relative to the classroom teaching and researchachievements, research results of classroom management are limited. Peopleto the professional growth of teachers, professional ability, and improvetraining focus on classroom teaching, ignoring the cultivation of classroommanagement and improvement, resulting in the reality of junior high schoolclassroom, a part of teacher’s teaching ability, level is high, but the classroommanagement do not level, directly affect the teaching quality education,therefore, the teacher’s teaching ability and management ability should be theorganic unity, not favour one more than another, the two are indispensable.The classroom is the main channel for students to acquire knowledge,classroom management directly affect the overall development of students’personality, learning quality and ability of students. Therefore, classroommanagement should be suitable for the student body and mind development,through effective classroom management measures to achieve thedevelopment of students. Classroom management from the students’ needs, into the hearts of students. At present, the classroom management in theinefficient and invalid situation still exists. In classroom management,teachers in the management authority, the station platform, the teaching, theclassroom teaching masters; pursuit of managers (teacher) the onlyinterpretation to unify all managers (student) knowledge, few studentsaccording to their own understanding: see solution. This managementcommand by managers, teachers, students holding student walks round theteacher to "teach" Ding "way, the students become passive learners, lack ofinitiative and forward-looking, due out of curiosity, blindly passiveacceptance of knowledge, independent thinking ability to drop, the resultinglearning inert. Eventually formed the excessive management class person(teacher) dominant characteristics, the subject position of the students are notvery prominent, is not conducive to the all-round development of students, theresults draw further apart and classroom management goal.Through analyzing and Thinking on the related literature at home andabroad, the author discovery, at present, study on the effectiveness ofclassroom management and more concentrated in the connotation andextension of the idea, theory, construction theory model, practical, practicalmeasures and can be widely used for less experienced. The validity of thejunior middle school classroom management goal is to promote thedevelopment, also is the development of teachers and students. Specifically, isthat after a period of scientific management practices, teachers to upgrade themanagement level, students have made great progress and developmentthrough the teacher, guidance.Therefore, based on the analysis of the status quo of the effectiveness ofclassroom management, classroom management characteristics of junior highschool teachers, the main aspects of junior high school classroommanagement effectiveness, namely learning management of classroommanagement, teachers students and teacher-student relationship of emotionalfactors in the full attention and effective mobilization of three aspects ofresearch, put forward a system, has the strong basic measures for classroom management effectiveness of, and promote the all-round development ofstudents and the teaching quality improvement.
