As a new type of teaching organization,the shift system has the unique characteristics of flexible flow compared with the traditional fixed-shift system,which can adapt to the autonomy of students ' curriculum choice,and promote the development and progress of Students ' initiative learning and self-planning ability.In the case of large classes in the school,the implementation of "shift system",the cross-grade elective,must provide enough optional courses and classrooms,and the timetable is not good row,the operation is difficult.The students scattered to different classrooms,the role of the class teacher must be weakened,how to manage a good student and become a new subject,how teachers and class teacher to cooperate with management also need to think and explore.the shift system made classroom management pressure more and more challenging,how to achieve effective management in the classroom,improve the management efficiency,promote the effective study of students,more worthy of our thoughtful and continuous exploration.This study is divided into four parts: the first part,Introduction: The summary of the reasons for the study,ideas and methods,purpose and significance,at the same time,the research related to the study at home and abroad to comb,clear the direction and main content of the study;Part two: research reveals the status of classroom management in teaching,the content and characteristics of classroom management,the focus is on the effectiveness of classroom management,the effectiveness of management objectives,management methods and management effectiveness of the three levels of education;Part three: Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of classroom management in the background of the class-taking system,the reasons of classroom management in the class-oriented middle school are reflected,mainly teachers,students and teaching environment.;Part four: On the basis of summarizing the present situation and analyzing the reasons,this paper discusses the mechanism of effective classroom management in the new curriculum,and puts forward the way to realize the effective classroom management,that is,reasonably reconstructing classroom order,promoting class stratification and classification management,improving teachers' classroom management ability and strengthening the construction of students' autonomous management system.The innovation of this research lies in focusing on the current situation of classroom management in middle school under the background of walking system,discovering and diagnosing classroom management problems through observation scales,and proposing countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of classroom management.This strongly responds to the current unclear relevant research sections and insufficient discipline.In addition,the coverage of the survey sample range is relatively narrow,and the proposed countermeasures have not been tested in practice,which is the shortcoming of this research,and will be improved in the subsequent research and teaching practice.
