Senior middle school biology compulsory One "Molecular and Cellular“is the first module of the curriculum. Students have never contacted it beforethey go to senior middle school. Nowadays, with the development ofinformation technology, the task that how to educate the senior middle schoolstudents which can not only adapt to the rapid development of the socialenvironment, but also have a preliminary inquiry and independent innovationcapability becomes very important. In this study, we make use of a variety ofteaching resources under the environment of modern information technologyto observe the students from the No.1middle school of Baotou. This study iscarried out by against the backdrop of the modern information technology,students’ collecting and analyzing the relevant knowledge, group discussingand teachers’ leading. Through this study, we created a new biologicalteaching model in the context of modern information technology, in whichstudents play a leading role. This study showed that in this model, studentsstudy by themselves, develop their research abilities, enrich their knowledge,train their abilities to collect, cooperate, analyze, and establish theconsciousness of communication and sharing. So that the students have a keeninterest in learning senior middle school biology and raising the test scores,which plays a positive role in the follow-up teaching.
