The advent of the information age, so that every aspect of human life has undergone profound changes, but also changes the traditional teaching of our. The current basic education in our country is carrying out a profound curriculum reform. At the full-time compulsory education biology curriculum standard of middle school in2001July, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "(experiment draft)" in the proposed three new educational idea "for all; improving the scientific literacy of high school; inquiry learning." In the teaching of biology science there are some prominent contradictions. Due to geographical constraints, many plants and animals, the students can’t see, while picture is also hard for them to form a visual impression. How to solve these problems? The use of information technology will help to promote the teaching content. The integration of information technology and biology teaching, it gives the biology teaching has brought a revolution. However, how to correctly, the proper use of information technology? Find the right combination of points, so that the integration of information technology and biology teaching organically together, which can reflect the characteristics of biology, but also give full play to the role of information technology in teaching, in accordance with the requirements of quality education, implementation of inquiry learning. All along, we educators are concerned. Looking from the existing research, there have been no studies that inquiry teaching mode of integration of a set of scientific, practical information technology and high school biology curriculum for senior high school biology teacher. This leads to a lot of high school biology teachers unsystematic, only by the personal understanding to the practice and exploration, causing great blindness. The majority of high school biology teachers still stay in the stage of computer assisted instruction, do not understand the essence of integration, lack of appropriate models. The integration of the inquiry teaching mode by information technology and biology courses of middle school, teaching reform of middle school biology, based on changing students’ learning style, advocating inquiry-based teaching, guide students’ active participation, willing to explore, practice, training the students’ ability of collecting and processing information, the ability to acquire new knowledge, capability analysis and the ability to solve problems and the exchange and cooperation. In order to promote the implementation of quality education, improve the comprehensive quality of students. At the same time, promote the teacher to enhance research on new materials, positive reform, update the concept of advancing with the times.
