Class self-management is the requirements of the concept of "the people", and the requirements of the overall development of students, but also the needs for the education’s healthy development.The Class self-management highlights the main role of the students in class management, compared with the traditional class management, there are significant differences between the concept and the specific implementation processThe so-called Class self-management is that,to promote normal class conventional management, to promote the overall development of students,the students to manage their own classes through their own cultural construction, system construction, material construction, in the guide of their teachers.Class self-management is designed to improve the efficiency of class management, cultivate students’self-management ability, practical ability and innovation ability,which is in the common with the Self-excited Education of HuaYi Boarding School.to face the problems and to look for breakthrough in class management,the HuaYi Boarding School has Practiceed the theory of Class self-management.A combination of theory and practice will be used in this paper.Based on the practice of the Class Self-management by the grade seven,there will be a summary of it’s mode,experience and so on,based on which appropriate measures should be taken to improve.In practice,the modle of "one central and two points"has been formed,that emphasis on the leading role of group self-management in the classroom,Insist on the implementation of the management and supervision of two mechanisms,Adhere to the principle of multi-linkage,and finally,it achieved significant results.Due to the lack of experience,many mistakes has been made,for example,Theoretical lack of preparation,heavy exchange of experience and light nature of research.Students "self-centered","Self-discipline" and "discipline" Perseverance are also the problems during the practice.The practice has achieved good results, it should be the promotion and application.
