Class is the most basic structure unit in school management, the scientific and effectiveness of class management directly influence the talent cultivation. However, there are a lot of problems in junior school class management. Among these problems, the most serious one is that only the teacher controls the class. It directly affects the effectiveness of the class management and makes it not work smoothly. So this thesis chooses this issue as the focus of the study, through the educational action research, try to explore a new way of class self-management, to awake and develop the students’ subject consciousness, taking a class as a carrier, provide and create the opportunities for the students’ active growth, in order to develop the students’ individuality and encourage the students to have the spirit of innovation. Firstly, discusses the origin of class self-management problems and points out the significance of the research. Secondly, through learning the Theory and Practice researches of the class self-management, sum up the existing theory research level, provide a theoretical basis for the class self-management and determine the starting point and the focus of this thesis. Based on the former research, the author designs the action plan and does the practical exploration on the class self-management. The thesis mainly described the construction of systems of class self-management, the cultural construction of class self-management. And discuss how to recognize the variety self-management activities. This thesis also gives the suggestions of the evaluation of the self-management. It also describes the steps on implementing class self-management. At last, the author illuminates the results of the research and reflects seriously. There are still major problems: class self-management is easy to be stylized, some students pay attention to manage the others and ignore self-discipline, the self-management becomes that only the student leaders manage the class, the problem of the teacher decentralization. And the author gives the corresponding improvement ideas.
