A Research On The Transition Of Women’s Value In Social Work Pilot Villages

With the urge of modernity development in late-development countries, importing external factors and promoting great event happened has become the important way to urge the transition of values. And with the development of society and the advancement of civilization, updating the service concept in family planning field is pressing. Social work takes the advantages of the value and methods and becomes platform of concept update.From the perspective of social identity, this paper discusses transition of women’s value in western rural areas under the intervention of external factor social work concept and value. Through the point of women in social work’ project pilot villages, the study involves two levels and four aspects. Two levels refer to internal and external values, and internal value is self-recognition, while external is the recognition of family, interpersonal relationship and social participation. Therefore, the paper studies the mechanism, trait and trend, and tries to analyze the effect of social work concept and methods in family planning to further analysis and understanding.The research tries to achieve the following goals. Firstly, from the perspective of theory, it provides research support and theoretical explanation for the development and extension of social work and discusses the transition traits of value and logic, so as to gain current research results. Secondly, from the perspective of practice, it describes the true of research subjects’ value to provide empirical materials for government and professional social workers. And it tries to analyze the transition of value under the intervention of social work in order to find the best way of value’s intervention and help research subjects to obtain the resource and integrate into society.The research combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis summary experience objectively and specificly and understand complex social phenomenon. Through analysis discovery, the transition of women’s value in social work pilot villages is the result of interest, emotion and psychological expectation, and present characteristics and trends as followings:broadening attention and more complex cognition.We can find the essence of the change of women’s value through the appearance. Firstly, the formation and development of personal behaviour and value is the result of social influence and personal constructs. Personal concept constantly construct past concept under the intervention of social and external factors. Secondly, the transition of personal value is based on special identity, that’s the key supporting objects in social work’s project pilot.Therefore, the perspective of social identity is valid perspective to understand women’s value and action logic in project pilot, and helps to analyze the internal relationship between personal value transition and social construction. When we develop social work and study social work’s value and methods in family planning fields, we should give full attention to the perspective of social identity in order to analyze deeply complex relationship of value.
