The young teachers are the future and hope of the school, is a force in innovative, young teachers are a team of the most influential and appealing, the main force of teaching and research, but one vulnerable groups in the initial stage of the career. Building an outstanding young teachers, is the key to improve the quality of schools, is school teachers construction work of the most important task.Development of teachers in mountainous areas, especially in professional development, there are many problems, such as knowledge of structural problems, capacity problems, the driving force behind the work problems and so on. These problems not only affect the quality of education also affect the development of school education. Therefore, professional development of teachers mountain junior high school youth research is particularly important. In this study, the integrated use of literature research, case studies, surveys and other research methods, humanism, the theory of career support, revolves around the following questions to explore and research:(A) school development status of young teachers(B) the professional development of young teachers in schools influencing factors(C) M Middle School Young Teachers Professional Development StrategiesThrough the study and discussion of the content of the above, the subject can draw the following conclusions:(A) getting younger and younger age structure of teachers and academic levels tend to standards, a small number of senior teachers, the backbone of the small number of teachers, and the small number of people said good teachers. Teachers’ lack of knowledge of the impact of their own development, resulting in excellent teachers less than normal.(B) of the young teachers have their own advantages and disadvantages:higher academic levels paucity of practical experience; professional development of a strong desire, lack of awareness of cooperative inquiry; teaching attitude, and not enough attention to students.(C) teaching management combined institutionalized management and humane management must do, to promoting young teachers as soon as possible growth.(D) self-awareness of professional development of young teachers must be stronger, a correct understanding of the evaluation of their own career planning for their own good, and the value of self-life.(E) the development of the school is built on the basis of teacher development, more long-term mechanism to have year round-based research, school-based training mechanisms to ensure the continuity of development.
