Justice,as one virtue of the teachers,is the excellent quality in teachers’education practice,with the character of intrinsic,self-discipline,practical features. A teacher with justice virtues,can not only help students with overall development,but also help create a good education environment,in order to achieve justice in education. Equality and freedom,as two value orientations in the justice thought,which are reflect in the area of teachers Justice, requires teachers to have a "non-discriminatory"and "individualized" noble qualities,"non-discriminatory" is embodied in equal justice,"individualized" embodied freedom. The two are dialectical,although seemly exclusive,substantial contact with each other in fact. They promote each other,effectively regulate the implementation of the teachers just virtues.Virtue is the individual stable quality, developed in moral cultivation, it is not shaped in q short time, it is a individual quality, gradually developed by a system of intrinsic rules. Therefore,the promotion of teachers’justice virtue quality needs system security,,management norms and the efforts of individual self-cultivation in practice.
