In recent years, Rugao has been all-roundly carrying out the teaching mode of“activity sheets guidance”, which is student-centered and uses the activity topromote the students’ development. The fundamental theory of this mode is to givethe students the first thinking time, the first opportunity of expression, the firstprocess of experience and the first process of cognition and reflection. Theimplementation of this mode has made a difference in the surrounding area.This paper comprehensively analyzed the basic theory of the “activity sheetsguidance”, and enclosed the three elements of “activity”,“activity sheets” and“guidance”. It specifically elaborated the basic operating procedures of the scenecreation, the autonomic learning, the cooperation exploration, the results show, theself-improvement, the evaluation and promotion. It also elaborated the strategies ofthe situation of activities in detail. The creation of materials developed students’reading and language competences; the creation of games cultivated students’interest in learning; the creation of action situation trained students’ manipulativeand comprehensive abilities; the creation of open questions trained students’divergent and creative thinking; the creation of life situations cultivated students’abilities to solve practical problems; the creation of error-prone and confusingsituations developed students’ identification abilities; the creation of cultivatedstudents’ sense of competition; the creation of remembering context cultivatedstudents’ memory abilities; the creation of experiment cultivated students’experimental abilities; the creation of investigation trained students’ cooperativeabilities. Furthermore, this thesis studied the mode in the theory lesson, thereviewing lesson, the experiment lesson and the examination paper comment lesson.Through the actual experimental comparative study, it verified the high teachingefficiency of the “activity sheets guidance”.Through the survey of questionnaire and the observation of actual class, theauthor put forward the following opinions in view of some phenomenon of the“activity sheets guidance”: the appropriate instruction could be students’ activities; this mode could not be modeled; it put more emphasis on the hypothesis andgeneration of class. The author also analyzed the factors that restricted this mode.Because of the restriction of the research course, the research objects, the researchquantity and the research environment, the results of research still had some limits.
