As the social reform goes deep, knowledge and economy develop rapidly, demand for talents of the society has changed from talents with knowledge to talents with capability and novelty. Therefore, better elementary education has been demanded. To meet the needs of the society, elementary education has to be reformed, while education model has played an essential role in education. The traditional method of passive education has become more and more discordant with the development of society. It is every educators responsibility to ponder how to reform traditional education model and improve education quality so that to cultivate talents with innovative thinking which society requires.In China, ever since the beginning of key program of the "Ninth Five Year"planning in the1990s——Open questions, the new model of math education, teachers all over China has begun to explore new teaching models. The Questions—Explorations—Questions in class model is one of those new models. This model has been experimented in Tianjin No.4Middle School during1993-2000and achieved remarkable result. After2005, as the new class reform went deeper, Head of teaching research office Yang Wen Pu in Henan promoted a new model of three question and three explorations. By combining questions and explorations, students are encouraged to ask questions initiatively, think independently and explore answers jointly. Meanwhile, good quality and habit of questioning, expressing, listenning, criticizing and self-examination has been established. After7years of practicing, education in Xixia county has changed tremendously from the last one in the city to the first ranking. This model has been promoted in the elementary and middle school and still in trial period in high school. The fast improving results and high efficiency has aroused great attention.This article aims to demonstrate the feasibility of practicing this mode in the high school. The research methods include document analysis, education practice, questionnaire, examination and so forth. There will be five parts in total. The first part is a comprehensive theoretical illustration by document analysis. The second part is to study the connotation, procedure and evaluation system of the Three Q Three E model. The third part is a systematical study of the implementation strategy of this model. The forth part analyzed the implementation results by data analysis, questionnaire and examination. A reliable conclusion has been reached, which is good quality and habit of questioning, expressing, listening, criticizing and self-examination can be established. It is very useful in stimulating students’ interests in studying math and meanwhile mobilizing initiative and improving innovative ability. In conclusion, this is a effective model in the current educational reform process. The fifth part has given a further demonstration of the existing difficulty and future work in the high school classroom practice.
