The thesis summarizes inquiry teaching mode of physics used in the middle school in domestic and overseas and finds some questions about the existing inquiry teaching mode of physics. According to the survey,we know the situation of web-based inquiry teaching activities in our country. Based on the theory of constructivism and humanism,the author tries to explore the characteristics of inquiry teaching mode based on the internet,and constructs a kind of non-linear inquiry teaching mode of physics used in the middle school.The thesis analyzes the successful general platform abroad named WISE and the cases based on it.WISE platform have the characteristics of visualization, cooperative and lifelong.On the WISE platform,the teacher does not need to deal with the difficulties such as the constructive of a new web,etc.So they can organize and design the teaching cases elaborately.Meanwhile, we can well remove the teachers' confusion and fear of taking web-based inquiry teaching activities.The author designs a case of "the description of the sports--speed" based on the constructed inquiry teaching mode and combines the designed case with the WISE platform.
