Humanities education aims to cultivate the humanistic spirit,and to use knowledge as the carrier to shape students' personality,promote students' realm of life,and cultivate students' ability to do things and behave.Biology,as a leading subject in the 21st century,has the obligation to in-depth cultivate the humanistic spirit of the educated while imparting subject knowledge to students.Moreover,there happens to be a large number of excellent,highly operable textbooks in high school biology textbooks.Humanistic education resources can effectively improve students' humanistic awareness and humanistic spirit,which is indispensable for cultivating students' sound and healthy personality.This research is based on the students of R middle school of the Second Normal University.Firstly,the literature analysis method is used to understand the current situation of humanistic education penetration at home and abroad.At the same time,the concept of related humanistic education is defined,and the theoretical basis is pointed out.Interview method interviews high school biology teachers on the current situation of humanistic education penetration,surveys and analyzes the current situation of high school students' humanistic awareness through questionnaire survey method,proposes corresponding teaching strategies,and conducts case design and practical research on the above strategies.The results show that after the infiltration of humanities education,in the pre-test scores of the four dimensions of humanistic literacy,the experimental class after the infiltration of humanistic education teaches itself in the dimensions of self(self-esteem,self-confidence,self-reliance and will quality),and social(responsibility,Compared with the previous test,the three dimensions of social morality and science and technology,and nature(human and nature,and feeling the beauty of science and nature)are extremely different from the previous test(P<0.01).Therefore,the following conclusions have been obtained: 1.It is feasible and effective to carry out humanistic education in biology teaching,which is conducive to cultivating students' self-esteem,self-confidence,self-reliance and other volitional qualities,and is conducive to improving students' sense of responsibility,social morality,and science and technology.Ability is conducive to strengthening students' ability to experience the beauty of science and nature;2.Situational teaching strategies,story teaching strategies,STS teaching strategies and inquiry-based teaching strategies have a certain effect on the penetration of humanities education.;3.When teachers design humanities education teaching cases,they can also promote their own humanistic awareness and self-cultivation;4.The penetration of humanities education is still affected by many factors.The cultivation of the humanistic spirit is a long-term and complex task,and immediate results cannot be achieved overnight.It is a long-term work that is affected by many factors and requires extensive attention from the entire society.Therefore,it is hoped that the results of this research can provide some theoretical reference for the first-line biology teachers in senior high schools,so that they can better infiltrate humanistic education into biology teaching in senior high schools.
