Today information technology driving the great change of geography education, geography is a new attitude to meet new opportunities and challenges. Study on geographical curriculum practice based on information technology environment it is in this context, aimed at exploring under the condition of modern information technology, geographical changes in curriculum, geography curriculum in practice mode, method, and so on, so that the use of modern information technologies, optimized open geography teaching. Study of the problem, to advance geography curriculum innovation, optimization and expansion of geographic importance of curriculum content and accumulation of experience in the teaching of geography. This geography in high school under the guidance of the concept of the new curriculum standards, geographic information technology environment analysis on the connotation of curriculum practice, trying to make geographic information technology environment model of curriculum practice, and practice issues in need of attention. This article is divided into six parts:part I is the introduction. Focuses on the practical significance of the thesis research background, research and theoretical significance analysis according to research State of domestic features of close study and insufficient research on domestic and foreign research on the enlightenment and significance, then this article relates to defining the concept, proposed research methods and research techniques. The second part is an overview of geography curriculum research under the information technology environment. Provides an overview of geography curriculum in practice under the information technology environment what are the characteristics. Part III is the theoretical basis of geography curriculum in practice under the information technology environment. This section from the geographical teaching theory, learning theory, and modern educational technology theory and communication theory in four areas discussed theory of geography curriculum in practice under the information technology environment based practice model provide a theoretical basis for subsequent courses. Part IV is the analysis of geography curriculum in practice under the information technology environment. This part uses two questionnaires and video analysis means analysis of the current problems of middle school geography curriculum in information technology practice and influence factors, issues raised need to be addressed in this article, play a connecting role. Part v under the information technology environment of geography curriculum in practice mode. Core part of this paper, implementation principles and implementation model in this section discusses two aspects of geography curriculum in practice mode under the information technology environment. Part VI is the conclusion part. This section begins with a brief summarizes the findings of this article, and pointed out that some problems existing in the course of this study, for subsequent researchers further study on these issues.
