The "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" proposes core literacy such as human-land coordination,comprehensive thinking,regional cognition and geographic practice.Geographical practical power is an essential quality for high school students.High school geography teachers should design teaching,organize activities,and carry out practice on the basis of implementing the core literacy of students,and closely follow the core concepts of geography and realize procedural teaching.This paper mainly studies the auxiliary role in the teaching of geographic tools and its significance for cultivating geographical practice.It encourages students to feel the relationship between human and land,enhance their mobility,and exercise the will to achieve geography practice.The geographic tools involved in this paper are mainly geographic information technology,which mainly studies its auxiliary role in teaching and its significance for cultivating geographical practice.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it analyzes the research background and significance of this paper.Secondly,it summarizes the research status at home and abroad from the aspects of geographic practice and geographic information technology,summarizes the main research results,and finally summarizes the research content and research methods of the article.The second part defines the concept of geographic practice and geographic information technology,and explains the main theoretical basis of this research.The third part investigates the level of geography practice and the use of geographic information technology by high school students through student questionnaires and teacher interviews.The fourth part is based on geographic information technology to explore ways to cultivate geo-practical power,briefly introduce the main content and role of the path,and start from the three aspects of simulation experiment,social investigationand field internship.With the goal of cultivating geographical practice,we will use geographic information technology as an auxiliary means to design and practice the practice of geography practice.The conclusion of the fifth part summarizes the main conclusions and shortcomings of this study.
