With the rapid development of Information collection processing and processing technology transfer, etc, represented as computer, multimedia, communication, network and artificial intelligence, information technology continuously penetrated into all fields of social life and various aspects of the worldwide changing people’s mode of production, lifestyles and ways of thinking. Human beings entered into a new era--information era. In the information age, information technology education has received more and more attention, its development has entered a golden age. And information technology lesson with high quality is a miniature of the current level of the development of information technology education. So, in order to promote the development of information technology education, it is necessary for us to research High-quality Teaching of Information Technology.Having Carried on the literature review about Instructional Analysis and High-quality Teaching of Information Technology, We found that although the field of Instructional Analysis has showing vigorous development situation, the Quantitative Analysis of this research remains to be deepened. The study about Information Technology with high quality has focused on personal reflection too much, while ignoring the the application of research and statistical analysis. In this study, we adopt two methods of quantitative analysis, ITIAS and S-T analysis, to analyse two IT teachers’classroom respectively from primary school, middle school and high school. On the basis of quantitative analysis alone, We make Pairwise comparisons and comprehensive comparisons. In the end, we provide the conclusions of the research. Studies show that teaching quality of IT class has a great bearing on teachers’teaching ability, instructional design and teaching object. The behaviors of teachers play a key role in the success or failure of the teaching. The efficiency of classroom teaching is generally high. All of the classes Fully reflects the education idea of student as subject and teacher as guider. Teachers can’t completely to give the class to students to let go. Silence behavior and behavior of technical use in classroom are the biggest difference in the four behaviors. The greater the percentage of silence is, the longer of time for students to think and do exercises."Technology use" category, the greater the percentage in IT teacher’s class, show the greater reliance on information technology. In the silence state, the teachers’ instructional design generally tends to let students do the exercise. The tendency on the teaching show that indirect effects the teacher exerts to student are lower a teacher, the positive effect has a large variability, the teachers have more focus on openness problem generally. Teaching mode is determined by the teaching design and does not decide the teaching effect.The conversion ratio reduces in turn for the three stages of teaching from primary to high school.
