The new curriculum reform requires students learning geography for daily life, build the opening class. Development and utilization of curriculum resources in middle school is gradually increasing in Beijing; and some teachers begin to research curriculum resources development theory to practice. The geography textbook of Beijing lack of understanding from the point of view of local geography.This article did curriculum exploitations, combining the reality of high school geography curriculum and using field investigation method and action research method viewed from the city features of Yuan Dynasty and influence based on Yuan Dynasty City Wall Relics Park. It combined different enquires and foundation of knowledge in different stages, provided two teaching designs of outdoor geography course for junior-senior high school,including investigated points and routes, issue to be solved andcourse objective.According to this article, when exploiting curriculum resources under relics category, we should get focus on students’ requirement, consider practice difficulty objectively, collect various materials, replenish imperfect. It has important value to local geography curriculum exploitation of junior-senior high school.
