Study On The Uilization Of Local Geographical Resources Based On The Core Accomplishment Of Geography

As the subject of geography,the basic task is to teach students to know the region,the most fundamental point is to make students form the correct concept of human.Local geographical resources are very important geographical teaching resources,the local resources contain a unique natural style,material resources,humanistic landscape and so on,not only is the precious geography teaching resources,but also can affect the students in the daily life,which plays an important role in the formation of middle school students' geographical core quality.Based on the relevant theories of pedagogy psychology and the basic theory of geography,this paper aims to study the utilization of local geographic resources in the geography classroom of high School in Huangshi City on the basis of the profound connotation of the core quality of geography subject.This paper investigates the utilization of local geographic resources of Huangshi city in high school geography teaching and its role in cultivating students' core accomplishment.First of all,interviews and questionnaires,respectively,to the teachers and students survey,through their understanding of the high school geography classroom in the status quo of local geography.Based on the analysis of the present situation,this paper sums up the cultivation degree of geography core accomplishment in the utilization of local geography in Huangshi city,and analyzes and studies the specific situation of Huangshi-City high School.It also puts forward some problems existing in the application of local geography in high school geography teaching in cultivating students' core quality of Geography: 1 The importance of the rational use of local geographical resources is not enough,the relevant departments and even teachers are more casual;2 Although most teachers are aware of the importance of localgeography,But the actual action in teaching is not enough;3 There are many obstacles in the utilization of the local geographical resources;and the realistic conditions for the full and reasonable utilization are not enough;4 The students ' understanding of their hometown is lack,the humanities accomplishment,the local emotion is not strong enough,5 The degree of local geographic utilization is not enough.The purpose of local geography utilization is to explain knowledge point,and to form the ability of students ' core accomplishment level.6 The utilization of local geography has not been carried out to practice,and the cultivation of students ' geographical practical ability is obviously weak enough;7 The use of local geography is much more in the absence of context or verbal reference and less in real situations.Finally,the author gives the following improvement strategies and suggestions:1 Teachers in the teaching process should constantly improve their professional level and knowledge,with their own development to guide students,strengthen the understanding of local geographic knowledge,To integrate the cultivation of core accomplishment into the teaching of local geography;2 Try to change the evaluation model of geography teaching achievement,improve the status of local geography,create teaching space for local geography,train students' comprehensive thinking ability and core accomplishment;3Properly organize the field practice of local geography and cultivate students' regional cognitive ability;4 To create the local geography situation,to strengthen the cultivation of the students' geographical practice;5 To permeate the values of emotion and attitude in the teaching of local geography,to cultivate the students' concept of people and their national feelings;6 Compiling the school-based Geography course of Huangshi City to create the local geography material which can be used directly.
