As the high school students are undertaking pressure during the access to thehigher education, the counter-emotion has been generated during the lectures,especially in Mathematics. Now, the interest stimulating is considered to be a keyfactor during the math teaching. With the help of the mature multimedia technology,Digital storytelling is widely applied as a novel and effective method of teaching inwestern world.So, here this article will mainly focus on the interest about the math in highschool students and the current status on the application of the Digital Storytelling inChina. We took three different kinds of high school as sample to find out thestudents’ interests in learning Math, and summarize the reason why they are notinterested in Math. According to the feature of the Digital Storytelling, the authorapplied it to the Math teaching and proposed three tactics about teachers how touse the Digital Story to raise the high school students’ interests in Math. It isdeveloping the needs of learning, stimulating the interests and creating therequirements of success. After my practice, I proved the Digital Story could stimulatethe high school students’ interests of learning Math and improved studentsenthusiasm for learning.
