At the beginning of the twenty-first Century, because of a strong promotion ofthe new round of curriculum reform, a rapid development of modern educationaltechnology and the in-depth exploration of all kinds of teaching patterns in manyareas, worksheet teaching has evoked a warm response belong the large-scalechemistry teachers. In the past two years, relevant experts and teachers gatheredtogether to hold meetings such as worksheet design discussion and the new nationalcurriculum of middle school chemistry learning seminar, etc. However, so far, moreand more experts and teachers have analyzed the worksheets mainly from theirpractical teaching experience. Therefore, there exit many diversities on theunderstanding of worksheets, for example, the diversity of the definition, preparationand use.Firstly, the article gets a conclusion that worksheet is one of the products of theinstructional design according to the teaching design principles, and then worksheetis booming in the background of new curriculum, it should extrude the subjectivity ofstudents. From the two points of view, the author uses the content analysis methodto analyze the chemistry worksheets. The main research contents conclude studyingthe structural elements of the worksheets through teaching plan, probing intoworksheets further according to the properties of learning plan, learning case andlearning instruments based on the exited conceptions and description, and thenidentifying whether the design of current chemistry worksheets reflect the studentssubjectivity or not based on the knowledge. In addition, in order to obtain morecomprehensive and further information, the author interviewed experts andteachers to make up the shortcomings of the text research method.The study found that, worksheet is a learning instrument which should extrudethe subjectivity of students, and it cannot replace the teaching plans. At the sametime, the results of the study presented that teachers should realize the limitations of worksheet teaching, and they should elaborate worksheet.
