School curriculum can be divided explicit curriculum and hidden curriculum according to their morphology carrier. The explicit curriculum refers to the discipline for the realization of the aims of education officially included in the teaching programs in schools as well as purposeful, organized extra-curricular activities. The hidden curriculum is no clear teaching objectives and plans of intention or unintentional act on the learner.In biology teaching potential courses and dominant curriculum interacting with each other, have an important impact on the biology teaching practice activities. However, due to the presence of the "examination-oriented education" shackles, high school biology teaching emphasis on imparting theoretical classroom, most teachers have not paid much attention to the hidden curriculum of students in traditional high school biology teaching the holistic development of students received affected. In science, technology, education and the popularization of the21st century, we must fully understand the role of the of potential curriculum in high school biology teaching practice. This article is divided into five main parts:The first part is an introduction. This part describes the purpose and significance of the research, current research and this thesis, the problem to be solved.The second part are the meaning of high school biology hidden curriculum, elements and their characteristics. This part describes the material, institutional, cultural, and teaching and learning four levels of the constituent elements of the hidden curriculum of high school biology, and discusses the characteristics of potential high school biology curriculum in accordance with its elements.The third part is the value of research projects. This section identifies potential high school biology curriculum has a positive effect for the growth of students, development of teachers and construction of the biology curriculum.The fourth part is to analyze the current situation of potential high school biology course. This section by a large number of high school students and high school biology teachers to conduct a survey and analysis of the material level, the institutional level, the cultural level, the level of teaching and learning situation and biology teachers in the biology curriculum biological potential Course awareness of analysis.The fifth part is the principles and strategies of potential high school biology curriculum construction. This section mainly pointed out that the development and utilization should be noted that potential high school biology curriculum.
