The formation of the kindergarten transfer of teachers group, is a special period of emergency policy results, attention and professional development of this group is the need for the development of early childhood education. The early preschool education career, these teachers can quickly adapt smoothly to kindergarten education, preschool education special job requirements? In urgent need of research into their life world and spiritual world, to know their true condition. In this study, analysis of questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,253kindergarten teachers through the transfer of rural area of Heilongjiang province entry1to2years, the professional development of teachers to understand the situation of transfer, mainly explore the effect factors of transfer of teacher professional development, and then put forward to promote the transfer of teacher professional development strategy. To provide suggestions for the education department to make relevant decisions; provide guidance to these teachers professional development; to provide reference for the professional development of preschool teachers and the study of its theory and the development of the rich.The first chapter is the introduction including the research background and its theoretical and practical significance; literature review; research progress and achievements of related areas, the shortcomings and problems to be studied in depth; the innovation of this research. The second chapter studies the design presents the purpose and content of this research; research object; the theoretical basis and framework of the questionnaire; the questionnaire and the data of the consolidation test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of transfer of teacher professional development. The study found, these teachers professional development process has the following advantages:stable working life; age with young, strong learning ability; education level is relatively high, teaching and research ability; from teaching time, teaching management experience; able to face up to their own deficiencies, strong achievement motive. At the same time, there are also disadvantages:vocational training to become a mere formality, effectiveness is not strong; work of high strength, high pressure, there is a grievance; activities implementation ability is insufficient, organization mode "primary school"; used to subject teaching, ignoring the fusion of the five field; education target orientation of a single, too much emphasis on knowledge teaching; environment capacity is insufficient, viewing, light and practical; art skill shortages, the consciousness is not strong. The fourth chapter focuses on the validation of analysis of effect factors of transfer of teacher professional development. The study found, among the many factors, the most important factors for the kindergarten interior environment, followed by physical and psychological factors of these teachers and kindergarten environment. Among them, the external environment through the mediating effect of kindergarten and kindergarten internal environment has an important impact on the professional development. The fifth chapter focuses on the study of promoting the transfer of teacher professional development strategy. This study discusses from three aspects, the kindergarten teachers, social, itself need to adjust the mood state of mind, to join the new jobs; transform the role, establish new occupation ideal; find their own strengths, the formation of new teaching style; supplementary professional knowledge, construct the new knowledge system; kindergarten to offer good internal environment; social need to build support professional development atmosphere.
