In our country more and more attention to pre-school education,especially in rural pre-school education today.Increase the investment in the development of rural pre-school education,through a variety of ways to increase the rural pre-school education-related educational resources to meet the basic needs of teachers and children,to strengthen rural kindergarten infrastructure construction,increase the new township kindergarten,rural kindergarten teachers to strengthen the building,Has become China's rural pre-school education reform of the basic requirements.Although the development of rural pre-school education hardware facilities have been greatly improved,such as kindergarten infrastructure construction,school environment,the number of new kindergarten and so on.However,compared with the rapid development of kindergarten-related hardware facilities,as the teaching process of soft power rural kindergarten teachers professional development is still low,and has been in the present and the future for a long time to hinder the pace of rural pre-school education reform The.In this study scholars at home and abroad for reference,the research on teachers' professional development,on the basis of using literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey of 7 towns in J city kindergarten teachers' professional development has carried on the investigation and study,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,put forward Suggestions,to promote the development of rural preschool teachers' professional study is divided into the following chapters:Chapter 1,introduction.This paper mainly expatiates the research purpose and meaning of the paper,the research situation of domestic and abroad,and the research idea and method.Chapter 2.Overview of professional development theory of kindergarten teachers in rural areas.Mainly for defining the related concepts of rural kindergarten teachers' professional development,introduces the preschool teachers' professional standards and the requirements of the relevant theory about the development of the preschool teacher's professional.Chapter 3.Investigation design and implementation.This paper mainly expounds the purpose of investigation,survey contents and tools,survey sample selection and the implementation of investigation.Chapter 4.Data statistics and analysis.Based on the survey data statistics and interview,this paper expounds the concept of rural kindergarten teachers' professional,teacher's ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability and the development of external assistance,etc.Chapter 5.The problems and their causes.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the professional development of kindergarten teachers in rural areas.Chapter 6 Suggestions for promoting professional development of kindergarten teachers in rural areas.Chapter 7.Research deficiencies and perspectives.According to the statistics and analysis of the survey data,this paper argues that the teachers of rural kindergartens generally have good teachers and teachers,and can make a teacher's watch.However,some kindergarteners have a relatively one-sided understanding of the professional concept of teachers,neglecting the main status of the young children.Knowledge of nursery teachers' knowledge and related safety and rescue knowledge should be improved in the field of professional knowledge.There are also shortcomings in the ability to create a professional capacity and to support and guide the game.The main reason for these problems is the lack of government oversight and the lack of funding.The kindergarten system is unreasonable and the teaching resources are inadequate.Teachers have a lack of autonomy,and their expertise is weak.Therefore,in order to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers in rural areas,it should be dominated by government macro-control,and improve the policy of teacher's professional development.To actively play the leading role of the director and create a professional environment for teachers.Set up teachers' self-development awareness and improve the quality of kindergarten teachers.
