The 21 st century is a era need to continue expand knowledge and it’s also a need to keep learning. In this era, college students the most pressing need is education they update their knowledge and ideas. In the current education system of our country, especially under the condition of the accelerating process of teachers’ professionalization, colleges and universities, especially the higher normal colleges became the culture and the main channel to provide primary and secondary school teachers. College students to become teachers after work attitude, teaching level and quality is directly they have in the graduate level of teachers’ professional ethics, Therefore, institutions of higher learning must be aware of the burden of own responsibility and the importance of ethics education for students. And compared with the Xinjiang regional ethics education in teachers and presents some relative lag. Therefore, teachers have college students has its own particularity and Xinjiang’s physiological and psychological characteristics of the decision for ethics education of Xinjiang college students must study especially combined with the empirical research of current situation.In Xinjiang, the process of the cultivation of university students in ethics, with the influence of many factors, among them, the influence of the ethics education of higher normal colleges is the most fundamental and most profound. It’s an important base of education and training young talents in colleges and universities, colleges and universities and provides the high quality education of college students’ political, ideological and organizational guarantee firmly. As our teacher education in normal colleges of the main force, it is the starting point of specialization of teacher education, the cultivation of graduates of teachers is the backbone of normal class graduates. Constraint and regulate ethics education in colleges and universities is the main role of students, it not only helps the normal development of professional, is more advantageous to make students more clear the connotation of teachers’ professional, real on thought and value orientation on the recognition of teachers’ profession, make students voluntary to make a career in education of career planning, make the students’ professional ethics in the process of accepting professional education get distillation, and accepting the teacher’s ethics education frompassive to active promotion of ethics. Xinjiang higher normal colleges must be thought basic education services for the direction, continue to improve students’ training mode,give full play to the teacher education characteristics and advantages, on the basis of education training a large number of professional teachers with high ethics to make due contributions.In Xinjiang college students through the empirical research of the current ethics education, reveals the Xinjiang university students ethics education results, reveals the problems existing in the students ethics education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang.Due to the teacher’s ethics education system itself has some defects, Xinjiang university did not attach enough importance to ethics education and students’ own ethics has some deficiencies., therefore, must according to the problems existing in the ethics education of Xinjiang universities and improve the general rules of normal ethics and take appropriate countermeasures, targeted, effectively improve the level of students ethics education in colleges and universities. Through the ethics education of Xinjiang universities external environment, society and ethics education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang ’s main implementers, as well as the object of ethics education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang, the analysis of the normal three aspects in Xinjiang college students ethics education must be from the social guide of ethics education, improving the ethics education of Xinjiang universities and innovation system, and improve the three aspects of the ethics of the Xinjiang university students themselves to create conditions to use related way and method, make the students’ ethics education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang to ethics education in the new period should be the ideal level.Xinjiang college students’ ethics education is both a traditional and heavy topic and it is a topic that’s full of challenges and development, its content and specification discussion will certainly is a long-term process of research and the practical way to expand more in need of the society, colleges and students’ participation and effective inspection, only advancing with The Times, continuous innovation, is likely to make ethics education into effect, really play a bigger role.
