"Basic knowledge" and "basic skills" is the basis and premise of learning any one subject. Based on China’s music education development,"double-base teaching" has experienced a tortuous exploring process, but it plays a very important role in the history of music in China. A country should become strong, pay attention to education is the fundamental way. For a person to accept education, learn basic knowledge well to make it a truly high quality people, to better contribute to society.At present, has experienced from2001to2011, after a decade of curriculum reform music "double-base teaching" by the general education workers attention and get a good development. Based on the "double-base" in junior high school music teaching as the research object, in the Chinese music education and of the history of "double base" teaching, describes the contemporary music "double-base", through internships and interview according to the specific teaching situation of two junior middle schools were analyzed and concluded.But, based on observation of real teaching situation, found that there are still some problems need to discuss and solve, also more need education workers from excellent "double-base" teaching method. Design of excellent courses for students, let the students happy to learn knowledge and skills, can really use their own ability to find good music, even playing and singing music, put on beautiful for a beautiful life.
