| With sixty years’development, ethnic minority preparatory education has become an important part of national higher education in China, and it has played a more and more important role in the development of national higher education. More and more scholars have paid attention to ethnic minority preparatory education, and they have done some research about the development history, the course, the teaching and the management of each ethnic minority preparatory education in different districts, but ethnic minority preparatory college students have not been concerned more, and some problems just like ethnic minority preparatory college students’ school maladjustment also should be paid high attention to and be solved. The preparatory education in Yanbian University was founded in2002, and it has gone through for ten years, the enrollment scale was changed from100students in2002to300students every year now, it has laid a foundation for the national education in Yanbian University, and promoted the development of Korean education. At present, we can hardly find the research about Korean preparatory education. The problems about Korean preparatory students’school adaptation during the whole preparatory stage and how the course content, teaching, education and educational management affected Korean preparatory students’school adaptation level are worth giving a deep analysis and research.The Korean preparatory students in Yanbian University were taken as the research objects in this research, and they were surveyed by questionnaire at the following three stages:initial stage, mid and the later period. On the basis of knowing Korean preparatory students’school adaptation level in every stage, and analyzing the group difference in every dimension of school adaptation, with the role of a preparatory class counselor assistant, I observed Korean preparatory students’ classroom tearning and daily performance, and used an interview method to study how curriculum content, teachers’teaching, education management and school activities affected Korean preparatory students’school adaptation level.Through an analysis and discussion about the investigation results, five conclusions were formed as following:During the preparatory education stage, Korean preparatory students’school adaptation has experienced a "U" shape process:basic adaptation--fall down--slow recovery. After one year’s studying, Korean preparatory students’school adaptation level has been improved in some degree; Because of the single curriculum design and repeated educational content, part of the Korean preparatory students can not have the motivation to learn, and they have no interest in learning; Teachers’ knowing little about Korean preparatory students and the rigid teaching method are not good for Korean preparatory students’ learning adaptation; The specific and quantified rules and regulations for Korean preparatory students have not been established in the school, and it directly made the phenomenon appear, which Korean preparatory students always skip classes or cut school; The lack of collective activities is not good for Korean preparatory students’ school adaptation, and students are eager to take part in some school activities to improve and enrich their own after-class life. |
