Study On The Influence Of Yanbian Education On Income Distribution Gap

In this paper, through theoretical analysis, qualitative and quantitative, conducted a preliminary exploration on the relationship between income gap and education in Yanbian. Inequality in education and income gap is related to the state of Yanbian, the education inequality can lead to income inequality, the widening income gap in Yanbian, the deterioration of the education fairness, and provide a balanced education opportunities can help make up for the gap of income distribution. The main draw the following conclusions:the state of Yanbian low income. Mainly in the following aspects: income is significantly lower than the national, the province’s average level; income growth lags behind economic growth; the income gap is widening. Mainly in the following aspects:the income gap between urban and rural residents in Yanbian, growing income gap in Yanbian County; state residents significantly; expansion of Yanbian low income stratum gap. the employment directly affect the income of residents.Education can play an important role in narrowing the income gap, but the Yanbian state education has many problems, including:the gap of urban and rural compulsory education in Yanbian. Mainly displays in:urban and rural school teaching facilities and educational informationization level is not balanced; school education opportunities in urban and rural areas is not balanced; urban and rural school teachers disequilibrium. the existence of Yanbian occupation education difficulties. Performance for the financial input to occupation education in Yanbian is extremely limited, infrastructure and teaching equipment in poor occupation education, and can not be updated between school and enterprise, occupation, lack of practice and training base, it is difficult to attract high levels of full-time teachers, the quality of the students is relatively poor, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of teaching. It is difficult to be recognized by the society. There are hard to recruit students, school is difficult, the difficult problem of employment.the Yanbian state agricultural labor transfer training problem. Mainly for rural migrant labor culture in Yanbian is relatively low; training means and the scale is still relatively low.
