Learning adaptability is students in the learning process to adjust its condition,ability to adapt to the learning environment and learning content,the main factors include:learning attitude,learning methods,learning environment,and physical and mental health.Since the1990s,sociology,education,psychology and other experts in the field of scholars began to focus on children’s learning adaptability.Existing research shows that children to learn adaptive overall situation is worrying,many primary school students, there is the problem of poor adaptability of learning.China’s academic circles for students to learn adaptive research things through the questionnaire scale test by analyzing the data to study the learning adaptability of the status quo,and to make recommendations on this basis.Most of the experts and scholars from the macro level to give advice, do not have practical significance.Departure from the specific substantive project,the use of the ecosystem of social work theory and professional approach to adaptive research,a rural primary school student to explore the concepts and methods of social work to solve the adaptability of rural children with learning The feasibility of the problem in Xianning. After preliminary investigations,social workers facing pressure of examinations to sixth-grade students,and the school also hope that our specialized career guidance,the project activities for sixth grade students drawn from the21students in the sixth-grade7students project team activities. According to the characteristics of the children in rural areas as well as the presence of adaptation,group work planned five group activities. Five themes "I can do it","We are friends"," I love my family"," We love learning"," My future is not a dream".Designed to help prospective graduates in the sixth grade,build self-confidence through group activities,and improve interpersonal relationships at the same time,clear understanding of their goals in life,good planning for future learning career.In the group process,team members help each other and grow together,to improve their own learning adaptability.After five group activities,learning adaptability of the seven service object basically improved learning attitude,learning methods,learning environment,physical and mental health has improved to varying degrees.Practice has proven that it is feasible to solve the problem of rural children to learn to adapt to the use of social work,whether it is in the process of assessment or evaluation of the results,you can clearly see the progress of the team members.Denounced abandon the traditional education,social work easier, the more interesting way to help children in rural areas to solve some social workers can solve the problem,so that rural children to grow up in a pleasant environment,the effective way of entertaining should continue.
