With the development of the society and the process of urbanization,our country economy has obtained the huge development,at the same time,also bring many changes of social structure.A growing number of rural population to leave home,into the city work and life,become a special group in the modern social environment,also produced a large number of floating children.These workers and families into the new environment,livelihood and education of employment problems faced,gradually evolved into very real social problems,more and more get the attention of governments at all levels and the social from all walks of life and value.Based on floating children into a new environment after learning adaptability as the focus,comb summary on floating children learning adaptability all aspects of research at home and abroad,as well as the practice of social work intervention adaptation,induces both achievements and shortcomings,and then clear to carry out social work intervention floating children feasibility and significance of learning adaptability.X primary school in wuxi city,this study as the research unit,based on empirical survey found that migrant children learning adaptability problems generally,performance in learning adaptability,poor grades,the overall level,learning strategy,age,the greater the conflict,the greater the boy problems more outstanding,tired of playing truant,compared with the urban resident children have larger gap.Through investigation,interviews and other forms,analyze the causes of the problems,mainly due to the floating children learning skills,learning environment,the physical and mental health and learning attitude,and many other aspects,objectively there is a deficiency or defect.For floating children in learning adaptability has certain commonness and characteristics,especially the number of floating children in third grade more and more representative,this study choose and determine the 20 floating children as object,under the guidance of related theory in social work,take the growth model,a group clear group "happy study,healthy growth" and the theme of the work target,formulate specific implementation plan and organize each intervention,guides the team members interact and promote each other,integrate the school teachers,students,experts,parents of useful resources,and help improve floating children change the learning attitude,learning method,strengthen the psychological quality,cultivating learning habit,strengthen cooperation,so as to effectively improve the level of learning adaptability of the group members,and thus improve the floating children learning effect.In the process of practice,through the guidance of communication,and organization,pay attention to the floating children's participation and cooperation,give play to the interaction and influence between team members,give full play to the social worker's professional knowledge and work skills.At the same time,the process of practice and effect evaluation in time,summary and comb team effectiveness,aims to explore and to form an effective way to solve the floating children learning adaptability.Children in general,the social work intervention effect of learning adaptability,"win-win" the core concept of social work and the application of reflected,and to increase the confidence of social workers to carry out the school social work.At the same time,through reflection,see use group work mode in the process of intervention has certain limitations,in such aspects as social worker role taking,coordinate resources need to be constantly thought and explore further.In the long run,more need to perfect government policies and measures to develop the social work services,expand the institutional guarantee,really promote the floating children learn happily and healthy growth.
